Product access and availability depend on the plan attached to your account. If the dashboard and your order confirmation show different access, contact support before changing your setup.
1. Sign in to your account
Use the same email address used during checkout. After signing in, open the customer workspace to review your active membership, available services and account details.
If the password is rejected, use the normal password-recovery option once. If the recovery email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders before contacting support. Do not create a second account for the same purchase because access may remain attached to the original email.
2. Open your workspace
The workspace is the starting point for published signals, performance records, your journal, market tools, membership information and support. The exact modules shown depend on the products included with your account.
Start on Overview, confirm that the correct membership is visible, and then open My Signals or My Plans. New orders may require activation before every section appears.
3. Choose the product you want to use
Use only the workflow that matches your product. Signal memberships are read through Telegram and the web dashboard. Cipher Signals & Intelligence is added inside TradingView. Automation products require their own setup and compatibility checks.

4. Complete a safe first setup
- Confirm that the product shown in your account matches the product purchased.
- Read the product overview before changing any setting.
- Use a demo or non-live workflow for the first configuration whenever possible.
- Set position size and maximum risk before enabling signals, alerts or automation.
- Save the order reference and the email attached to your account for support.
Signals, indicators and automation support a trading process; they cannot guarantee profit or remove market risk.
When you need help
Contact support when access is missing, a product is not visible, payment confirmation has not been applied, or the setup shown in your account does not match the guide.
- Write from the email address attached to the account.
- Include the order or membership reference.
- Name the exact product and platform you are using.
- Describe the last successful step and the error or missing item.
- Attach a screenshot only after hiding account numbers, balances and other private information.
