First check the order type
Review the checkout confirmation and My Plans. The current checkout describes fixed access periods rather than automatic renewal, so there may be no future recurring charge to stop. Support can confirm the status of a specific order.
Request a cancellation
Contact Forex Cipher support from the email address on your account. State clearly that you want to cancel or prevent a future access period.
- Include the order or membership reference.
- Name the exact product and plan.
- Include the purchase date.
- Ask what happens to the remaining access period.
After the request
Keep the support reply or confirmation with the order record. Access and expiration behavior follow the terms confirmed for the purchase. Removing an indicator, leaving Telegram or stopping an EA does not by itself cancel an order.
Cancellation and refunds are different
A cancellation concerns future access or renewal status. A refund concerns money already paid and requires a separate eligibility review.
Stopping future access does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is reviewed under the terms that applied to the purchase.
