Use the account attached to your order
Sign in with your purchase email, then open My Plans to check your membership. An account login, a signal membership and a software license are different things. Signing in alone does not activate every product.

When a product is missing
- Check the purchase email and payment status.
- Confirm that the selected plan includes that service.
- For TradingView, check the exact username supplied for activation.
- Send support your order reference, product name and the step that did not work.
Your website license reference is not automatically an EA activation key. Follow the activation instructions supplied with the product.
